In order to select the correct components to safely tow your trailer, you need to know its tongue weight. This is the weight that the fully loaded trailer exerts downward on the hitch ball of the tow vehicle. It would be technically possible to measure trailer tongue weight with a hanging scale assuming you had a way to put it at the exact height to attach it to your trailer as it sits level and the weight capacity was high enough.

When determining the correct spring bars for your trailer you will need to take into account the weight of gear loaded behind the rear axle of the truck and the additional tongue weight loaded in the trailer.
I believe bigger is better and safer so I would go with a 1,200 pound spring bar rated system, item # RP66074, for the trailer you are describing.
